Mountain Miracle Treks & Expeditions would like our valued customers to go through the following before booking any trips with us.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:

• Please keep note that a 25 percent deposit of the total amount in advance will secure firm booking. In some trekking routes (like through the Everest region) early booking of flight is necessary for hassle-free trekking, therefore, guaranteeing your optimal tour package.
• The remaining payment should be made before the start of the program.
• Please write us if you prefer an alternative payment method or schedule.

Note:

• You can send fund transfers through the Western Union Money Transfer if this will be easier for you. If this is your preferred method of payment, please contact us via email and further information will be provided.
• Your email must be sent to us along with the attached remittance slip or reference numbers after completing your transfer for payment.
• Please note that we are not responsible in case of any delay or loss during the transfer process.
• Please bear in mind any transfer costs that may result in us receiving less than the overall cost of the trip. If this does occur, you will be requested to pay the difference upon arriving in Nepal.

Last Hour booking:

A special booking option for your last-minute booking is also available upon a hundred percent payment. Just contact us for more information at 977- 9841013922 or email us around the clock. (Note: Last-hour booking is not available for Tibet and Bhutan packages.)

Cancellation policy:

We provide a reimbursement of the advance payment under the following conditions:

• Please note that no refunds of any trip cost will be made available to clients who drop the trip out voluntarily- regardless of any reason after your trip has started.
• No refunds are also applicable strictly for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or services even if the client does not use them at all.

Travel Insurance:

Our valued clients are highly advised to acquire travel insurance from a reputed company before any trip to Nepal. During high altitude sickness in trekking, travel insurance must cover altitude sickness treatment, death, helicopter rescue, and medical expenses as well as accidents.

Flight delays and changes in the itinerary:

In case of flight delays, you can choose the alternative trekking route. The condition of change in route is dependent on the cost involved. The price might be varied.

Paper and document:

All necessary documents should be carried out with you in sequence and have to be shown at the time of request made by the company. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not being completed in time before the trip departs in the absence of essential papers and documents.

Visa and passport:

You must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when traveling with Mountain Miracle Treks & Expeditions. Please ensure your passport is valid at least for 6 months before you start the Nepal trip. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct visas for the countries while traveling to Nepal trip. The company will not be responsible for the refusal of your entry into the country or places. A Nepal visa is available upon arrival from the entry points.

Health & Fitness:

As you know, trekking in the remote parts of the Himalayas requires a certain level of physical fitness thus it is recommended to consult with a doctor before deciding to travel to Nepal. You should notify your current health conditions of any pre-existing medical condition and/or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of required medical attention that may affect your ability to travel.

Children:

A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. Further information about age and suitability has been provided in email correspondence.

Discount Provision:

The company offers special discount rates during holidays and off seasons for some of our services that apply only for specific products and are limited to a specific period. To take advantage of those offers, clients must have a booking made within the time specified in the offers. You will be unable to enjoy the offers while making trip bookings before or after the offer expires.

1. International Group leader:
   An international group leader, planning a trip in Nepal with the participation of at least 10 members in a group, Mountain Miracle Treks & Expeditions offers a 10 % trip discount per person on the current rate. The company also offers the trip to any size of group and an individual along with private or personalized services. In case of less than 6 members in a group, this offer is not valid. The company offers services or assistance for international agencies for their Nepal stay. 
2. School /College group:
   Mountain Miracle Treks and Expeditions helps School and college groups intending to serve in remote areas through volunteer programs in Nepal during their holiday. The company has special prices for the school or college volunteer groups as part of a plan to assist the local communities' welfare.

Information like emails, and contact addresses, of our clients are highly confidential. The company may use clients'  information to notify its products, services, and offers only.
